Merchandise accompanied by the original receipt can be returned for a full refund up to 14 days after purchase in store. Exchange or Store Credit will be applied to Gift Receipts. Discounted and select items are final sale. We do not accept returns without a receipt.
Online orders are eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days of shipping or pick up. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses in all instances. Any items returned in poor condition will be sent back to the customer at their expense. We are unable to refund any shipping costs for services that have been provided by Canada Post, including initial shipping charges.

To Return Online Purchases by Mail:
- Repack the merchandise in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Charges
Our Free Shipping Offer:
Readi Set Go offers free shipping within Canada on all qualifying orders with a total before tax and after any discounts of $150.00 CAD or more. Oversize item surcharges will still apply to orders that otherwise qualify for free shipping. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping to Nunavut, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories at this moment. Orders shipping internationally are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
PLEASE NOTE that if you return an item to us for a refund, YOU are responsible for any and all shipping charges to the store. These shipping charges will not be refunded to you.
PLEASE NOTE that we will not refund original shipping charges. If you paid for shipping to have your order delivered, we will not refund those shipping charges if the service has already occured.
PLEASE NOTE that if your order initially qualified for free shipping and you are returning any or all of the original order causing the value of that order to drop under $150, you will no longer be eligible for the initial free shipping. Therefore, we will be refunding you the value of the returned items MINUS the shipping charge we paid on your behalf.
We are a small, independently owned store and try to keep our prices reasonable for our customers.
We offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more (before taxes) as a courtesy for customers who make larger purchases. We pay this shipping cost ourselves to Canada Post. Once that order has been delivered, that shipping service has been provided to the customer at our expense.
