COVID-19 Update
With our customers’ and employees’ safety in mind, we will not be accepting any returns until further notice. This means that all sales are considered final sales at this time. We will not be extending our return policy.
Please take up quality issues and defects with the manufacturer directly.

In Store
- Return items for refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
- All products must be accompanied by a receipt.
- Products must be in original condition, unused and unwashed, and accompanied by original packaging and/or tags.
- Products accompanied by a gift receipt are only eligible for an exchange or store credit.
- Please take up quality issues and defects with the manufacturer directly.
- Discounted items, scarves, umbrellas, and other select items are final sale.
Online
- Online orders are eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- All shipping expenses will be covered by the customer.
- Items returned in poor condition are not eligible for an exchange or a refund.
- Shipping costs, including initial shipping charges, are not eligible for a refund.

Online customers wishing to request an exchange within the provided time frame are asked to please e-mail [email protected] for information specific to their order.
To Return Online Purchases by Mail:
- Repack the merchandise in its original packaging. Include the completed invoice.
- Ship the package to the following address with tracking:

Important Considerations
- You are responsible for any and all shipping charges to the store. These shipping charges will not be refunded to you.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you paid for shipping to have your order delivered, we will not refund those shipping charges if the service has already occurred.
- Orders that qualified for free shipping will be charged for the initial shipping charges if the items are returned. Therefore, we will be refunding you the value of the returned items MINUS the shipping charge we paid on your behalf.
WHY?
We are a local family owned business trying to keep reasonable prices for you, our customers.
We offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more (before taxes) as a courtesy for customers who make larger purchases. We absorb those shipping costs ourselves, but once that order has been delivered, that shipping service has been provided, and we are not able to be refunded for it.
