Return Policy

Non-sale merchandise may be returned in unused condition, with receipt: within 7 days for a full refund, exchange, or online store credit or within 14 days for an exchange or online store credit. Gift receipt returns are eligible for exchange or online store credit only. Sale and special order items are FINAL SALES and may not be returned. We do not accept returns without a receipt.

To Return Online Purchases By Mail:

1. Repack the merchandise in its original packaging.

2. Include the completed Returns Invoice and ship the item(s) to the following address:

Please note:

Shipping will be applied to exchanges.

Return shipping expenses are payable by customers in all instances except in the event that you are not shipped the correct item.
Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.

To Return Online Purchases To Our Retail Location:

1. Repack the merchandise in its original packaging.

2. Bring the completed Returns Invoice with you.

3. Your return will be refunded with original payment method. (Will be refunded to the credit card you used for the purchase.)

Store Credit:

Store credits issued in-store may be redeemed at our retail location only, not online. Please specify at the time of return whether you would prefer a online or in-store credit note. Thank you!!
